Residential
Rules & Regulations
- All trash must be at the curb side by 5:00 AM
- No Barrels or homemade trash cans.
- One household per account
- Special hauling of large items (carpets, furniture, construction materials) can be arranged by contacting our office.
- No Refrigerators, freezers air conditioners, dehumidifiers, or other objects containing freon are permitted without professional tags.
- No paint, oil, tires, batteries, antifreeze, needles, medical waste or liquids, are allowed. (contact our office for information).
- Brush must be under 4ft, tied, bundled and called in.
- There is a limit of 6-32 gallon cans or bags per week of household trash. Call in for extra to be taken out.
- HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: Our company observes the following six holidays: Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. Call 330-538-0768 after 5 pm for schedule or Click here to see schedule.
- There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.
- All cancelled accounts with un-paid balances are subject to a $30.00 Collection fee.
- Do not clip, fold, staple or tape mailed in payments
- Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.
- Allison Brothers Inc is NOT responsible for any damage caused by natures movement or un-authorized movement of containers.
- All payments are do within 30 days, exceptions made for special charges at Allison's discretion.
- Allison Brothers reserves the right to stop service on unpaid past due Balances.

- Do not move or rotate dumpster's without notifying the office.
- Please make sure dumpster's are not blocked in the morning of your dump. If we need to return there will be a charge
- No burning permitted in dumpster's If this occurs, you will be responsible for repairs.
